Just want to share the automated order transmittal method I’m currently using to manage my Krakatau strategy, in the hope that someone may find this info useful.
Trade entry and exit signals are automatically generated in Tradingview and transmitted to Capitalise.ai via webhooks. Simple C.ai instructions then formulate and forward trade instructions to IB for execution in my live account. [Orders for securities not yet handled by C.ai (e.g., SVIX) are entered manually via TWS, along with bracketed target and stop orders.] In either event, BrokerTransmit is then used to replicate the orders in the Krakatau C2 model account.
In case there is any interest, here’s a link to Krakatau:

Since penning the above, I have modified my trade automation method and am now using TradersPost rather than Capitalise.ai to handle the Tradingview-to-brokerage link. Both approaches work, but I find TradersPost far better suited to my present needs. I never had any occasion to use Capitalise’s vaunted simple language “.ai” features–I simply (ab)used their service as a conduit between Tradingview and Interactive Brokers.
As Interactive Brokers is not yet fully supported by TradersPost, I plan to conduct my future automated trading using Tradestation, which is fully supported. Incidentally, my interactions to date with Tradestation, whether via the web interface or via in-person contact with support staff, have been exemplary.
BrokerTransmit remains my preferred method for brokerage-to-C2 trade duplication. Easy. Simple. No muss/no fuss.
I hope someone finds the above info useful.
