UK Residents, Can you Trade Options?

For those C2 users that are in the UK are you able to trade options on American ETFs?

I live in the UK, and I can trade options on American ETFs at Interactive Brokers.
I live in the UK and cannot trade options on American ETFs at Interactive Brokers.
l live in the UK but don’t use Interactive Brokers.
