What is with the C2 Support going on?

Hi There,
anyone knows whats going on at the C2 support team? I raised a support ticket on 7th of March for my strategy 151003577 because I changed the strategies description, but this does not reflect in the strategy.
I didn’t get any response to my ticket til now, which is strange.

Meanwhile Alen from the support team has contacted me and my issue has been solved. However it took quite a long time.
