What is with the C2 Support going on?

Hi There,
anyone knows whats going on at the C2 support team? I raised a support ticket on 7th of March for my strategy 151003577 because I changed the strategies description, but this does not reflect in the strategy.
I didn’t get any response to my ticket til now, which is strange.

Meanwhile Alen from the support team has contacted me and my issue has been solved. However it took quite a long time.

At first, I thought you didn’t have time for those who haven’t purchased a subscription plan yet. But now I realize I was wrong. I’m sure I did something wrong.

I’ve been studying stock trading for 20 years and developing trading systems. I have several that work pretty well. But due to a lack of funds and difficulties related to sanctions against Russia, I can’t trade them myself, as they are designed for the American stock market.

I want to publish an option strategy on Collective2. I was going to start in 2017, but unforeseen circumstances prevented me from doing so.

  1. How long will it take, statistically speaking, for the first clients to appear?

The strategy is not traded often, only 20-30 trades per year. Here are its indicators:

CAGR (approximately) +106% per annum

Maximum drawdown −21.49%

  1. What subscription fee should I charge?

  2. Do you have any restrictions for clients from Russia?

  3. Do you only accept transfers in US dollars?

My last support ticket also has simply been ignored. The support is not the best.
