Where is the Live chat for premium member?

I signed up for the traderbroker premium plan here to autotrade my strategy as a manager and the results are not at all what my trades are in real life. I thought the premium plan had a live chat support. I don’t see that anywhere. Is that real or is C2 lying about that?

Simply click on the C2 Resources button located at the top of any C2 page, then on Help.

Near the bottom of the page you will see a button that says “Chat, how can we help you?”.
Click on it, type your question and wait for an answer (assuming someone from the C2 staff is available at that moment).

and click on ‘contact us’ at the bottom right between 9:15 AM and 4:00 PM NY time.

As for your issue, your strategy was throttled by our signal throttle feature 2 different times for 2 hours each yesterday due to an unusually large number of trades, so trades during those times were not posted to your strategy.

C2 has a signal throttle feature that measures ‘churning’ which prevent strategies from placing large numbers of trades that can “churn” follower accounts (i.e. buy and sell, buy and sell, buy and sell, … etc).

The goal of this feature is to limit the risk of potential erroneous orders from being executed in client accounts and negatively impact their capital.

I’ve removed the throttle from your Strategy so it should not happen again. Due to regulations however, we cannot post the missed trades after the fact.

Im not sure the Help contact works. I sent an email and never got a response.
I started a 2nd strategy using autotrade/broker integration and disconnected the autotrade from my previous strategy to the 2nd strategy. I’m not sure if it is connected to place trades. How can I check this ?

Also, my strategy description is empty. I spent 10 minutes typing it up - explaining my strategy, etc and nothing shows up… can you explain why?

C2 checks the description.
You have to wait until C2 has approved your description, then it will appear.

Hi can you please remove the throttle from my account? Im a scalper, in and out within 10 seconds. my trades aren’t being registered. thanks

Hello @MarcMayerson111 , my current strategy is selected for Futures trading only, can I add stocks to the strategy so it will also autotrade my stock trades from broker? How do I do this?

You don’t need to start a second strategy. Just go to your BrokerTransmit settings and select whatever other instruments you want C2 to “see” in your brokerage account.
