What’s going on with Collective2? We haven’t been able to place trades before the market opens for an entire week (but things have been unstable for a month) due to some bug. Drawdown figures are way off (52.8% but the real max dd is about 17%). Yesterday CC2 claims the system lost 37,8%, but the real loss was about 1%.
We have been in touch with support several times during the week. CC2 is slow to respond, but three of our support tickets are marked as resolved. But the issues are unresolved. The last ticket went unprocessed for days, and now they have just deleted it.
Paying two years’ fees to build a track record here on Collective2 was a mistake. The current record is simply wrong and support seems unwilling or incapable of resolving the issue. We will have to leave and build a track record elsewhere. To bad having to start all over again.
