Who pays for the massive losses from the software bugs

I have discussed this with system developers who have lost credibility and a small fortune due to C2 errors. A review of comments from many in the discussion groups suggests that these type of errors are normal and customary. When we subscribe a reasonable level of functionality is expected. Who will pay us all for all the money that has been lost? The losses are in subscribers accounts, the reputations and future earnings of system developers who have paid a fee to C2. How will this be resolved? I begged on this forum for the bug to be fixed but no response util sarcasm was added. When will we be compensated for the losses we endure as a result of this?

Errors can happen and it happened to remind us that nothing is perfect and we always can improve it. Let’s move forward and make it work better than it was.
