I have tried calling and e-mail but nothing, this is urgent. Last night my account stopped auto trading because it says that I am awaiting for broker approval. I have called MB trading and they say that I am completely setup and it should work.
Please fix my account and resume auto trading, I have missed profitable trades and I pay a lot for such a service!

Just so others know, if you change your profile name your auto trades will be halted. An important thing that was not mentioned by anybody anywhere.
