Hi Matthew, there is an issue with activating autotrading on OEC as they received my old C2 user profile "manu trial" after I setup autotrading for the first time. I now corrected my C2 user profile but they need to receive another email from you to activate autotrading on the live account. Could you please follow up on that?
You can save time by deleting your C2 permission and re-enter it. This will re-generate a new email. Your account has not been processed by OEC yet.
