I think that there is a serious bug in the new order entry screen:
When I clicked the "Close" button besides an open position, the position was closely immediately at market. I believe this was not the way before. Closing a position was supposed to require three clicks:
1. Click "Close" button;
2. Select order types; and
3. Confirm the order.
Did you change the software lately? This problem happened to me at least twice in the past few days, which caused my open positions were closed prematurely.

Yes, I fixed a bug which had been previously present.
The bug was: The “One-Click-Close” setting was not being respected, even if it was turned on.
If you don’t like it, you can turn it off by clicking the little gear icon on the order ticket.
