Glitch in the system

Hi, I subscribed to Bijagual Strategy and I was charged USD 300, since I wanted to try it for one month I unsubscribed effective April 22nd, however I was unsubscribed immediately and not able to see that under my subscriptions. It looks like there is a glitch in the system.

Looks like your strategy subscription was still being processed when the unsubscribe request was entered. I’ll send you an email with instructions on how to subscribe and “schedule” an unsubscribe.
