I was wondering why my subscription was cancelled

I had been subscribed to Bank the Pips for the last month or two. I believe I decided to cancel my subscription several weeks ago. I am not quite sure when. My unsubscription was to take place in early May when my term ended. Last week I went ahead and cancelled the unsubscription. However, last night I was notified that my term and my subscription were now over. Looking at my payment records for Bank The Pips, I made two payments, one on 03/20/2015 and the other on 04/03/2015, just two weeks apart. Also my payment records show a payment for Freedom EURUSD on 03/22/2015 and again on 04/03/2015. Something is not quite right. I still would like to be subscribed to Banks The Pips and I believe that I am very much up to date on that system’s payment. Thanks, Huck.

Something is likely not correct for the billing of all subscribers. I notice that my subscriber’s billing date has been changed from the 3rd week of the month to beginning of the month too, and that the full subscription rate was charged again just 2 weeks later on 04/03/2015.

I am sure that there is no problem with changing all subscribers’ billing dates to the beginning of the month because of the changeover to the new billing software; however, to implement that new billing date the first charge on 04/03/2015 for all subscribers should have been pro-rated as the number of days from their previous charge date to 04/03/2015. So for example in Huck’s case, the charge on 04/03/2015 for Freedom EURUSD would be $19.20 (which is 12 days “extension” charge to get to the next new system billing date of 05/04/2015).

For my subscriber, I believe that the appropriate pro-rated charge on 04/03/2015 should have been $96.00 (which is 10 days “extension”) instead of charging the full amount since another full subscription amount is set to be charged on 05/04/2015.

Hello Chris, thanks for your response. Do you have any idea why my subscription to Bank the Pips was terminated after I had cancelled the unsubscription and my subscriptions page showed it not cancelled?

I am still continuing with my complaint. I would like to know why My Subscriptions page showed my next charged date to be 05/04/2015 when I cancelled the unsubscription? This page showed what I believed to be true, that my subscription was still in good standing. Also, while we are on the subject of the subscription page, I set an unsubscribe for the system Freedom EURUSD when my month term was up. The next thing I knew, was that I had a new charge for that system. I immediately went to my system’s page and noticed that the unsubscribed was no longer in force. At that point I cancelled the subscription even though I was given the opportunity to wait until the monthly term was up. Since that did not work in the past I was not willing to allow the future to follow the same course.

OK, Huck. @Alen_Salvador or @MelissaKarty will take care of you via the Help Desk. I’ll ask them to reach out to you directly to work out your issues. I think that’s bettrer than using these forums to resolve individual issues. Please give them until Monday to reach out to you. Sorry the problems you’ve had. We’ll try to resolve them. - Matthew

Thanks Matthew I will wait. FYI I noticed something else with Freedom EURUSD that I will share with them. Huck

@Alen_Salvador @MelissaKarty

Please look at the actual credit card charges for my subscriber (of system 90442996) to determine if there is an overcharge of $192.00 based on the previous charges in the past month and the fact that the next full subscription charge is set to happen on 05/04/2015 (per the subscriber billing screen).

Thanks!

Hello Chris ~ I am looking into this right now and will contact you via email when resolved.Thanks!

Alen,

Thank you for your help today. I have a question about gen3 and IB. Can
a US citizen now trade anything through C2 at Interactive Brokers and what
are the related costs?

Thanks, Huck.

Hi Huck ~ Yes, a US citizen can AutoTrade forex, futures, stocks and options in a single account at IB. For fees, please see our FAQ link:
