There is a substantial risk of loss in trading. You should therefore carefully consider
whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should read,
understand, and consider the Risk Disclosure Statement that is provided by your broker
before you consider trading. Most people who trade lose money.
The strategy is young and statistics is not enough. I just want to draw your attention to my strategy.
If you add my strategy to the wish list, I will be grateful.

Thank you for sharing. I’m looking over your trades and I had a few questions if you don’t mind. I noticed you started at the end of July and a lot of your trades consisted of 1 to 4 contracts with a few exceptions of 5 and 6. One thing that stood out were two trades on 8/11 and 8/17 which had 24 contracts and 20 contacts respectfully. For the trade on 8/11 it appears you started the same with one contract short and started adding contracts as the market went higher against you. It looks like you started shorting at 2440 and shorted all the way up to 2472. I have a few questions. Is this a monte carlo system where you would just add more contracts until the market comes back? The other question is how do you handle scale as your normal contract size is much smaller but you built into a 24 lot on this day? And the final question is I noticed the system sent you a margin call for this trade twice. How did you handle these margin calls? I am a system developer myself and am always interested. I ask all this because I went long on 8/11 but am always curious the thinking behind the other side of the trade. Thanks Marat!!! And good luck with your new system looks great so far.
Thanks for that explanation. I’ve been trading since the late 90s and still feel like I’m a student of the market. I never feel like I’ve gotten it all figured out. I’m always open to learn and keep an open mind. Who knows I may learn something new from a guy brand new to trading with a $5k account. So I’m always looking into how I can improve. Thanks again and GL.
unfortunately you won’t get many people or anyone to sign up. for the account size no one will be able to handle the risk or margin since you trade up to 24ES. This is straight gambling.
There was another system here that did the same thing a few months ago and then it went belly up.
You have some deep discount brokers that let you open 1 ES for 500 $ for daytrade.
But if I am not mistaken, they limit number of contracts you can open.
Is that smart, that is other question.
Not smart. Please please please don’t trade 10 ES contracts if you have a $5k account. When your account reaches $100k the margin doubles. That’s how the broker increases it.
Hi Marat , how can you explain to ur subscribers if they have same NAV on Augst 22 n use 100% scale. At that time, you use 25 contracts and ur NAV is less than $50k.
If u have acct at IB. 1 contracts require appx $3,500 n use used 25 contracts. That’s means, the IB account must have at least $87,500. Do you see that’s the big issue between paper money and real acct?
I can understand if you can argue, you just a developer who give the signal. U will suggest to use 25 contracts if the subscribers has the same NAV like you, but we are talking about reality. That’s not gonna happen. IB will not allow to trade 25 contracts with the acct value less than $ 50 k. So, what is the conclusion then? Your recommendation is not visible to ur subscribers.
Hi Marat, I’m curious if you could explain when your strategy decides to just take the loss? Do you use some max risk % of total account or just if loss is greater than some amount of points?
The scaling into losses like in these examples are pretty scary:
This issue is still in the process of formalization.
Sometimes I’m too confident in the movement of the market and open too much position.
The market punishes me for it.
You should adjust ur size of contracts to IB requirements since ur most potential customers is using IB. Which is $3,500 during US Markets n arround $7k during non US markets. If your subscribers is loosing money because they can’t follow ur signals, no one will get benefit eventhough u r make profit at C2. By the way, non martingale systems works, there are so many examples in here. Good luck
