There is a substantial risk of loss in trading. You should therefore carefully consider
whether such trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. You should read,
understand, and consider the Risk Disclosure Statement that is provided by your broker
before you consider trading. Most people who trade lose money.
I use IB for subscribing to a few systems here in C2.
Already, it’s not receiving signals for the following products with their corresponding symbols -
@EUH0 EUROFX
BDH0 EUREX BUND
DXMH0 MINI-DAX INDEX
EXH0 DJ EURO STOXX 50
I already contacted the broker and they said they should be available to trade however the symbols are not recognized as they use different symbol convention.
Is there a way for me to reconfigure the settings so the broker receives the signals regardless of the symbol variation?

The reason provided by your broker is that you are missing the permissions to trade that specific instrument. Make sure that your IB account has the correct trading permissions to trade the instruments and exchanges your strategies are trading. This needs to be done from your IB Account Management login.
IB provides step by step instructions on how to do this at https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/software/am/am/manageaccount/tradingpermissions.htm
Depending on the instrument/exchange, the turn around time for IB will vary to approve your request. You can contact IB for status or further questions regarding the link above. https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=1560
