I had this problem a couple of weeks ago but it disappeared when I installed windows TCP/IP updates. Now the problem is back since yesterday morning. The problem is that Tradebullet cannot connect to C2, it is returning:
Can’t reach the C2 server (The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.)
Because C2 server returns 403, I believe you can see what’s wrong in the server logs?
When I access:
with a browser I get an XML reply.
Rebooting my router/modem solved the issue this this time (I had tried swithing it off but that did not help!).
