I created a new account few days ago and i screwed up, need help clearing things up.
I kept calling all day long but no one is picking up, it’s quite shocking to find that there is no support team specially when membership fees are so high.
Still no one answering the phone, I gave up calling. But it seems that Mathew is very responsive on the forums and I am just hoping that he will show up at some point and save my ass before the weekend.
