NinjaTrader order updates not appearing in C2

Hi,



Both positions in the Mini TF had the stops updated on the session open but they were not on C2. Can you see if they are being received on your end?



Also, any word on that erroneous NQ buy in the Liquindex account?

There are many signals in your system. Please be specific. Tell me what time (ET) and date you think your NinjaTrader sent a signal, exactly what you think the signal was (symbol, price, etc.) and then I can tell you if it arrived. Send to help@collective2.com

As far as the “erroneous buy” you mention – your NinjaTrader sent a Buy at 10:25:00 ET on 5/29. It’s not clear to me why it is erroneous.
