Problems with the C2 helpdesk?

It has now been over 6 weeks that I have been having problems with the C2 platform transmitting my signals properly. Each time I contact the helpdesk, it takes at least 2 days to get a reply (often more) and the information/plugins that they give me dont work. Does anyone else have this problem? There are clear issues with the transmission of signals on Tradestation which have been discussed before on these boards. I am considering cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund of the fees that have been paid as this is unacceptable really. Matt, if you are listening, can you look into this and have your technical people reach out to me to fix the situation? Iā€™m kind of at the end of my rope with it. Thanks.
