We have had a consistent problem with the Collective C2Tray connection with TradeStation. It is extremely erratic and fails frequently. Messaging from the TradeStation platform works as we’ve used it with autobrokers.
In addition, we are not receiving responses from Matthew with regard to this problem.
The portfolio is off by about $40,000 in profits now and currently shows an open position which was supposed to be closed at a profit yesterday.

We too have had many problems with using C2 tray and Tradestation thus stopped posting any trades. We have however decided to try again as we have dedicated a seperate machine for C2.
