Matthew,
Iâm writing in this forum as I have had no follow-up responses to my questions when I write to C2 directly (in email).
On 6/26/11, I wrote to you regarding a $1,000+ loss in my account when the market was closed.
On 6/27/11, you wrote that the system had to âcatch up on calculations it had not had a chance to make for several daysâ.
On 6/27/11, I wrote âThere has been no activity (only $25 gain) to speak of for my systems in the past 5 days.â
On 6/27/11, you wrote, âWe had not calculated equity for several daysâ.
On 6/27/11, I wrote âI have been tracking my daily balances and they appear to have been updated in a timely manner.â I then showed youâre my daily activity where the equity was changing over the past 5 days. Further asking âWould you please let me know the exact trades that made up this 1,075 loss that is in question?â
I have since written two more times, asking for the loss details with no reply.
Also,
On 7/1/11 I submitted a trouble ticket for a trade that I believe was incorrect by over $4,000. I sent a 2nd email regarding this issue on 7/6/11. So far I have had no response from C2.
General question:
When (how many days) can/should a vendor expect a response from C2 for a trouble ticket or a documented question?
Specific question:
There is almost $6,000 in question in my account. When should I expect a response forâ¦
1) Details of the recalculation that was done on 6/26/11
2) Trouble ticket for trade closed on 7/1/11
Thank you
