Sending messages

I’m using google chrome. I’m trying to send a message to a trail sub from subscriber management, but it’s not working. Has this been tested with google chrome? Is there a preferred brower that u have tested on and the messages work ok? Regards

I have found most of the common mobile browsers to be quite useless. Mozilla works fine for me on a macbook.

I’ll confirm I also have a problem sending subscribers messages sometimes. Today I had to use email to contact a new subscriber because just trying to “send private message” within C2 wouldn’t work. The field to enter the message to the customer didn’t appear.

I have had the same problem sending messages, especially from my smartphone. The message box does not appear.
