Server down?

Mathew, today I have problem connect to C2 web site till 9:40 AM. My C2 tray application also skipped 10 profitable BTO trades (STC was received correct but was marked as expired). Is any way to report those trades?

Unfortunately no. We strive to avoid downtime. We pay a lot of money for two hosting facilities, two sets of servers, two databases…

This morning’s downtime was frustrating and unacceptable, and we are talking to our hosting company and IT colleagues to see how we can avoid similar incidents in the future.

But just like at a real broker, Internet downtime happens, and we all need to make the best of it and go on. We can’t correct trading records or post trades that should have / would have / could have been filled.
