I’ve been a subscriber for years and have been very happy with C2. But latest support emails have not been answered at all and have gone into a big black hole. Would be nice to get a response even if it’s saying we’re backed up. It’s all about expectations. And expectations are pretty high when your reply email says:

We are going to answer your question FAST. But wait…


Sorry, Steve. My fault. I have replied to you via email. Basically, it looks as if Open E Cry has, for some reason, not yet linked your account to C2 AutoTrading. We’ll try to contact them and ask them what is going on. Sorry for the slow reply.
