Today at 13:26 all my futures positions (British Pound, Sugar and Soybean Oil) at OEC were closed out and then re-established at 13:55. Matthew says it was caused by a server failure and he had to switch to a reduntend server and there is no compensation for the losses and additional commissions caused by this.
