TOS trade on 50 on 8

Hi all,

How would I handle this?

I’m not in a trade but my strategy page on C2 shows 1 contract that initiated yesterday 18:01. I can’t exit because my strategy is TOS. I did not trade this and don’t trade those hours. I also can’t get in new trades because I’m not sure how that will reflect on this trade.

Screen shot included. My platform shows no trades. And my C2 page shows a position. This also should show that I entered or auto traded but that section is blank in the little pop up box. As you can see from the picture, it does not show a TOS entry.

If anyone has experienced this, please let me know how you handled this. I sent something over to the help desk.

Hi, Megaman - This was apparently caused by your previous BrokerTransmit strategy being combined with the new strategy and the positions being aggregated. We are fixing now. Will contact you via helpdesk when resolved (in a few minutes).
