How long does it typically take to get a response on a trouble ticket? I had a Park Until Time order that was submitted as a market order and then never executed. This was a Globex order for Soybeans sent with 1 minute to go in the session. If - for some strange reason - C2 won’t execute the mkt order I need to now ASAP so I can get out when the overnight session starts.
