Like to know what address should I use in the FXCM letter of direction form to start autotrading do I just use the Collective2.com address?

Dear Tha,
The FXCM LOD should be pre-filled with most everything needed to let FXCM know that you would like C2 AutoTrading capabilities added to your account.
Typically the only fields that a trader needs to complete are the following:
Top left hand side of the FXCM LOD
Account Holder’s Name
Customer Account #
Bottom right hand side of the FXCM LOD
Print Name of Account Holder
Signature
Date
FXCM LOD should be returned to your introducing broker for processing. To make sure you have the appropriate form, I will send you an email with the LOD attached.
