Wrong Margin Call URGENT!

Our system Parcours US Stars experienced, without any valide reason a margin call today on our long positions. We have just sent an e mail to help@collective2.com

It has to be a mistake from your side as our positions did not change since start of the month.

Pls respond asap about what happened as it is urgent matter for our subscribers.

Hi Antonio -

I have broadcasted a message to your subscribers apologizing for this error. I am very sorry this (incorrect margin call) happened. I have reversed the margin call in the Model Account. I know that does not make the problem go away for subscribers. Again, I apologize for this.
