Who do you have to bribe to get a system at 52 Weeks Highs to actually appear on the new 52-Week High list?
Seriously, can someone explain why my strategy doesn’t seem to appear on the “new 52-Week High” Leaderboard? I’ve seen it appear on the list once, but most days it’s not there (including today, despite being at new highs Friday and Today).
There’s prob a lot of systems all hitting 52 week high. I bet c2 has a ranking system also for a limited amount of spots. You prob just missed the cut.
I don’t think that’s the case since I “hit the cut” on the other tabs. C2 has always had some strange way of deciding new highs that manages to miss my system, even in the old list. I don’t think it’s based on hitting a new high for the day compared to previous days but maybe based on hitting a new high each time the system rotates through systems (which it does multiple times a day). So if my system was higher an hour before the close than at the close (which is very common for an index, which my system holds) it doesn’t consider it a new high anymore? Whatever it is it misses systems.
BTW, it’s another day at new 52-week highs (several in a row now) and not on the list.

Well, complaining about the injustice in the C2 forum got you two subscribers today David … so it’s not all bad!
with the market at all time high and vix at all time low I would expect so so so many system will all hit 52 week high. How can c2 display them all ? rotation might be a possibility and maybe show the ones with the biggest jump vs prev high?
I wish c2 can be a little more transparency over the whole c2 score or why a brand new system that is up 60% after 1 month is now the top 5 strategy on front page.
Why not just show a single spaced list of all new 52 week highs with links to each program? Then there will be no favoritism or mysterious algorithm choosing the winners.
I don’t think there are as many systems hitting 52-Week highs on any given day as you might think. If you looked at the list recently it’s not that big (but again perhaps because it has been missing systems like mine).
Additionally I would claim that having an accurate 52-Week high list is critical. A strategy of just watching that list on a regular basis would keep you informed of the best systems on C2. However if it is missing systems, that utility is impaired.
Where is new high list?
Since C2 changed to new version, I have never seen new high list.
Discover Strategies -> Leaderboard -> pull down “Currently Showing” dropdown list
maybe 15 is the limit on that page ? 2 strategy i sub to is also hitting 52 week high everyday. and they are not on the list.

From my point of view, C2 should include all the New Highs in a list. This is a very important indicator that all investors should take into consideration.
