This use to be working up until about a month ago. Now when I try to call it I get an error “The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.”, “Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.”
Can I bump this. retrieveSignalsAll was working. I use it to automatically track and account for my trades in an internally developed portfolio tracker. It is not affecting my trading at all, but it is a bit frustrating, especially since this use to work and no longer seems to. Can someone from C2 please look into it?

Please send to the help desk (help@collective2) a log file showing the exact sequence of JSON you are sending/receiving so that I can replicate the problem. (Also, make sure you are using https or you won’t be able to connect.)
