My positions in

were auto closed by c2 citing simulated margin call on 26th December, right after the market open after long holiday weekend. I am assuming this was a glitch since model accounts were nowhere close to margin call. Anyone else had issues? Also to c2- how do you ensure this does not happen again?
So I was told by support team (ticket 215783) that -
“This happened due to the holiday scheduling and prices are posted differently when the markets start up. We have removed the text Margin Call, it will be reflected tomorrow.”
I will be a bit surprised if I was the only one affected trade leader. Also, am worried about the same happening again. (Although in spite of me being here on c2 for more than 3 years, this was the first time this has happened to me). I asked support how they can prevent it from happening again, but I did not get any reply
