Partial fill and trouble tickets

This morning I got a partial fill on IB on a BTC 2 CGBZ0. C2 showed no fill. So then I cancelled the C2 BTC Order and initiated a trouble ticket. There was no field provided to explain the Partial fill of 1 of 2 contracts, just an Ok button and C2 msge that “…staff will get back to you via email”. Without an ability to specify the partial fill - I am concerned C2 may come back withboth contracts (2) filled on my BTC - which is not the case.

Whats the best procedure in these cases where there is no field to specify details of a partial fill?
