Problems with ITM


I regularly lose my ITM connections. It seems to happen even though my other trading platforms remain connected, which leads me to believe that it isn’t an Internet connection problem.

Here is the resulting error, which occurred multiple times on Thursday:

DBI connect(‘database=collective2;host=localhost’,‘c2’,…) failed: Can’t connect to local MySQL server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’ (2) at line 135

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (, giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Any thoughts on what is causing this and how I can prevent it from happening?

I’ve had problems with it too…same message…wrote to C2 and never heard back…

I am working on this issue. I understand how important it is to fix. I will try to update you when I have progress to announce.
