I’ve sent you an email a couple of months ago about my commission rebate report (the free autotrading option). I wrote you because I thought there were some trades missing, and consequently commissions. Unfortunately you did not answer that email.
Moreover now, months later, I still think there is a problem with the reporting as the commission hasn’t changed since the email while there was trading with the system between now and then…
