Has anyone else experienced the frustration of Collective 2, not fixing trades despite numerous requests?

I read your trade-fix requests and replied to them by email. I did not agree with these particular requests, because in one instance you were apparently not factoring in the bid/ask spread (or at least it seemed this way to me), and in the other you mistyped the limit price, which is why it wasn’t filled at the price your specified. Please check your email. I sent the emails approximately 48 hours ago.
