Since late last week my Tradier account has stopped trading saying it is waiting on the broker to approve, however nothing changed on Tradier, I even contacted their support. I have tried to stop auto-trading and re-enable but same issue. I don’t see a way to delete the connection and re-enable it or any other way to get this working again.

I have raised two help tickets in the past week and this thread and received no response from the C2 team or even a notification that my tickets are received. Is anybody looking into this?
seems like C2 is no longer authenticating with Tradier, this happens each time I click Turn On AutoTrade (after a delay).
Hi, Sorry for the lack of response, you said you tried recently to stop autotrading completely and then restart? That normally has fixed the issue.
Hi Marc, this worked, thank you, I have now reconnected and resync’d and is good to go. Hopefully this won’t happen too often, but I’ll remember it next time.
I tried that few times in the last few days, and then magically today it started to work.
