Two Issues with Future Trades

1. Limit buy order does not work or get executed when opening the position for future trades.
2. If you order market then the spread becomes 30+ points and you open positions with ~ minus $500 for 1 future [NQ].
3. quotes are 10 mins delayed. Why not realtime quotes when you pay for the service?

How we can solve these issue? Please advice.
