Where can i see my pending orders, i sent by mail?

Shouldn`t they are visible on the trade blotter? do i miss something?

Isnt there one that goes to you when a trade is made in the account?

i`m talking about trade signals i sent to system. i expect, that i can see somewhere the pending orders.

If your emails were in the correct format, and accepted by C2, then indeed you would see the resulting orders in the Working Orders area of your strategy page.

If you don’t, that means something went wrong.

Please send exact details to the help desk, including the exact email you tried to send, the time/date you sent it, and I will look at the logs to see what went wrong.
